Become a VA Rush Soccer Club Booster Inc. Member

Question:  Want to help promote soccer for our youth players and have your soccer player's Rush club fee paid for you?

Virginia Rush Boosters was established to assist in the development of youth soccer.Membership is optional, but all members receive credit towards their player's VA Rush club fees.  Becoming a member is easy; you can participate in one of two ways:

 1)  Come in person to the Bingo sign up on May 26th 2010 at 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the Tabb Library.

100 Long Green Blvd
Yorktown, VA 23693

Registration in person is the only way to sign up for specific dates.  Registration will begin promptly after the annual membership meeting at 6:15 PM.  Tickets will be issued to those individuals attending the membership meeting.  These tickets will be used as a random draw for the first choice on open dates.  All others showing up for the registration will have to wait until the meeting is complete.

 2)  Complete a member application and e-mail the form to rushbingo@cox.net.  Form is available by download from Boosters Bingo link on the VA Rush web site.  Online applications will not be processed until after in-person sign-ups on May 26th and will be allocated in the order in which they are received and availability of open volunteer slots.

Families will be limited to 3 time slots per player per season.  $100 towards your Rush fees will be credited for each session worked.

For individuals who are interested, consider becoming a Booster Club Bingo Manager.  Part-time and Full-time positions are available.  Requires participation once a month for 12 months beginning in July.

In addition to paying for club fees, the Boosters sponsor several support activities for the club including development of fields, soccer training equipment, scholarships for players in need, Peninsula office costs, computers for the DOCs, support for local charities including Special Olympics and the Boys and Girls Club, plus support to individual teams.

 Notes:
