To assist teams in booking accomodations, the Atlantic Cup has secured rooms in Virginia Beach area through Bookmygroup. The rooms are reserved for December 3 - 5, 2010. All rates are based upon 1-4 persons per room. Rates do not include local taxes. Hotels with indoor pools are noted in the information below. Teams interested in a hotel not on the list or seeking a hotel with specific amenities will receive assistance in booking through the hotel service. 

To make team reservations contact Andrea Casperson via e-mail or phone at (888) 832-6745.  Prior to contacting the hotel service, teams are to select 3 choices of hotels. Complete the reservation form below and forward to Bookmygroup by e-mail or fax (866)-431-1754 to Andrea Casperson. Teams will receive a written confirmation to sign, along with a roomlist form to complete. The rooming list form will require credit card numbers to guarantee the rooms. The team official securing the reservations must send back the signed confirmation and the rooming list by the date requested in the confirmation.
