The Virginia Rush offers playing experiences for U4 through U14 players in the City of Virginia Beach, as well as the surrounding Hampton Roads Community. Players are able to play in both fall and spring seasons or just one season. Fall registration begins in May, with the season starting in early September and running through November. The spring registration will begin in December, with the season starting in March and running through May. We do accept late registrations on a space-available basis

Team & Practice Information

Teams within the program are created based on the five areas of Virginia Beach: Bayside, Great Neck, Kempsville, Kings Grant, and Red Wing. Registered players will be placed on teams within their registered area. Areas and age groups will remain open until full.

The volunteer coaches determine the time and location of practices based on the fields allocated to our club by the City of Virginia Beach. This information will be provided to parents by the coach, rather than Virginia Rush. This information is available after players are placed and approximately two weeks before the first game.  The practice locations are located within the area in which your player is registered.

U4- Typically Practice 1 day a week

U6- Typically Practice 1 day a week

U8-U14 Typically Practice 1-2 times a week

The Game Schedule will be available a week before the first game.
